Ben jij een verpleegkundige die graag werkt in een dynamische, technisch sterke en resultaatgerichte omgeving? Heb je een passie voor postoperatieve zorg en het begeleiden van patiënten in hun herstel? En ben je op zoek naar een tijdelijke freelance opdracht binnen een professioneel en geëngageerd zorgteam? Dan is deze opdracht op de afdeling Heelkunde precies wat je zoekt.

Voor een heelkundige afdeling zoeken wij een enthousiaste verpleegkundige die op korte termijn kan starten voor een periode van 3 maanden. Je komt terecht in een modern klinisch kader waar verschillende chirurgische disciplines samenkomen, zoals abdominale chirurgie, urologie, traumatologie en thoracale ingrepen.

Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, chirurgen, kinesitherapeuten en zorgkundigen om de best mogelijke postoperatieve zorg te bieden. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen en wondzorg volgens chirurgische protocollen.
  • Nauwgezette opvolging van vitale parameters en het detecteren van postoperatieve complicaties.
  • Het voorbereiden en begeleiden van patiënten voor en na operaties.
  • Het verstrekken van informatie en ondersteuning aan patiënten en hun familie.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en gestructureerde zorgomgeving.
  • Diploma bachelor of gegradueerd verpleegkundige.
  • Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met heelkunde is een grote meerwaarde.
  • Beschikbaar op korte termijn.
  • Minimaal 80 % inzetbaarheid.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook optimaal binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Sterke communicatieve skills, klinisch inzicht en een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een technisch en snel evoluerend zorgdomein.
