The posting

Voor onze vestiging Tandoori Express aan de Kinkerstraat 43 in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandig werkend kok I. In de functie van zelfstandig werkend kok I bent u verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van authentieke Indiase gerechten. U bewaakt de kwaliteit en authenticiteit van onze keuken, combineert traditionele Indiase smaken met een moderne presentatie en zorgt voor een constante hoge kwaliteit van onze gerechten. U werkt zelfstandig, maar draagt tevens actief bij aan een goede samenwerking binnen het keukenteam.

Het takenpakket

De kwaliteit van producten/ingrediënten beoordelen en klaarzetten

Bereiden en presenteren van gerechten volgens receptuur en kwaliteitsnormen

Uitvoeren van voorbereidende werkzaamheden (snijden, mengen, etc.) en tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles

Verantwoordelijk voor voorraad- en bestelbeheer

Schoonhouden van keuken en apparatuur, signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen Vaktechnisch aansturen van hulpkracht(en)

Input leveren t.a.v. de samenstelling en wijziging van menu's, kaart en methoden

Meedenken over verbeteringen in de keuken
