Dan is HAKA Rotterdam iets voor jou. Voor onze nieuwe urban bistro in het iconische HAKA-gebouw zoeken we een zelfstandig werkend kok. HAKA is een levendige Rotterdamse hotspot waar een eigentijds restaurant, private dining en evenementen samenkomen. Geen fine dining, maar koken op restaurantniveau met kwaliteit, smaak en een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Wat ga je doen? Als zelfstandig werkend kok ben jij een onmisbare schakel in de keuken. Je bereidt gerechten met zorg en kwaliteit en werkt zowel tijdens de restaurantservice als bij uiteenlopende evenementen. Samen met een enthousiast team zorg je ervoor dat iedere gast geniet van een culinaire ervaring die past bij de energieke sfeer van HAKA. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Het schoonmaken en snijden van ingrediënten, en het bereiden van gerechten - Het controleren van de kwaliteit van de gebruikte producten - Het bewaken van de planning en opmaak van gerechten - Draag je zorg voor een schone werkruimte en goed onderhouden keukenapparatuur - Meld je eventuele problemen of defecten direct aan je leidinggevende Wat vragen we van jou? - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok - Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau en een relevante koksopleiding - Je hebt ervaring in à la carte keukens en weet van aanpakken - Je bent zelfstandig, stressbestendig en werkt goed in teamverband - Je kunt bestellingen doen en beheert de voorraad efficiënt - Je hebt kennis van HACCP of bent bereid dit te leren - Je spreekt goed Nederlands of ...
