Van der Valk Avifauna, prachtig gelegen aan de rand van Vogelpark Avifauna, is op zoek naar een zelfstandig werkend kok voor ons -la-carterestaurant of het bruisende partycentrum Casa Havanna. Over Van der Valk Avifauna Onze locatie is allesbehalve standaard. Met een hotel (94 kamers), casino, rederij n meerdere horecaconcepten is geen dag hetzelfde. Gastvrijheid, je thuis voelen en met plezier werken staan bij ons centraal. Je komt terecht in n van de grootste en warmste horeca-families van Nederland. Wat ga je doen? In onze keuken speel jij een sleutelrol. Jij: - verzorgt de mise en place en bewaakt de kwaliteit; - bereidt smaakvolle gerechten voor buffetten en la carte; - kookt a la minute, portioneert en garneert volgens vaste richtlijnen; - werkt volgens de HACCP-voorschriften; - denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en menukaarten; - bestelt producten en houdt de voorraad op peil.
