Dat je als zelfstandig werkend kok binnen een zorginstelling zoveel culinaire vrijheid zou hebben, had je misschien niet direct verwacht. Toch is dat precies wat het werk zo bijzonder maakt. Samen met je collega's stel je iedere twee maanden een nieuw à-la-cartemenu samen. Daarnaast verzorg je de dagschotel en werk je aan een wisselende kleine kaart. We zoeken een zelfstandig werkend kok voor 36 uur per week met ervaring in à-la-carte koken. Je vindt het leuk om verschillende gerechten te bereiden, kunt goed omgaan met meerdere bestellingen tegelijk en houdt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, presentatie en werkt graag samen met je collega's. "Eigenlijk runnen we een horecakeuken binnen een zorgomgeving. Je hebt de dynamiek en creativiteit van een restaurant, maar met werktijden die beter in balans zijn. Bovendien kook je voor bewoners en hun familie.
