Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok ben jij de smaakmaker van onze keuken. Jij: - Bereidt à la carte en buffetgerechten volgens NH-standaarden én jouw eigen creativiteit. - Stuur je eigen werkdag aan: van mise-en-place tot bestellingen en voorraadbeheer. - Draagt zorg voor een schone, veilige werkomgeving (HACCP). - Werkt samen met een enthousiast team in een keuken waar geen dag hetzelfde is. - We zoeken zowel koks voor de hoofdkeuken & banqueting als ons à la carte restaurant Porticato.
