Voor een gezellige en professionele horecazaak in het hart van Grou zijn wij op zoek naar een Zelfstandig Werkend Kok. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je smaak, presentatie en efficiëntie combineert tot een topgerecht. Wat ga je doen? - Bereiden van lunch- en dinergerechten volgens recept en planning; - Meedenken over de menukaart en het doen van creatieve suggesties; - Waarborgen van de kwaliteit, hygiëne en presentatie van de gerechten; - Aansturen van keukenhulpen en samenwerken met collega's; - Beheren van de voorraad en doen van bestellingen; - Naleven van HACCP-richtlijnen en zorgen voor een schone werkomgeving. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde koksopleiding (mbo niveau 3 of 4); - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Zelfstandig en stressbestendig, ook tijdens drukke momenten; - Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Creatief, kwaliteitsgericht en flexibel inzetbaar (ook in het weekend en avonden); - In het bezit van een HACCP-certificaat of bereid dit te behalen. Aanbod - Een baan tussen de 26 en 32 uur per week; - Een brutosalaris tussen de €15,22 en €18,42 per uur, op basis van ervaring; - Inlenersbeloning conform Horeca Cao; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - 25 vakantiedagen; - STIPP-pensioen; - Koningsvoordeel.
