Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok bij Preston Palace krijg je een afwisselende baan waarin jouw passie voor koken en kwaliteit centraal staat. Je werkt in onze à la carte restaurants Midtown, San Remo en Silverado Bistro , maar kunt ook aan de slag in hotelrestaurant Ribbleton , waar je tijdens ontbijt, lunch en diner zorgt voor smaakvolle gerechten en showcooking. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig bereiden van gerechten in onze verschillende restaurants. - Werken tijdens ontbijt, lunch en diner, inclusief showcooking. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid en houdbaarheid van ingrediënten. - Meedenken over gerechten en menu's. - Werken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen. Wat zoeken wij? - Ervaring met à la carte koken. - Je kunt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken. - Je weet van aanpakken en hebt passie voor food. - Je hebt kennis van HACCP. - Je bent creatief en denkt graag mee.
