Locatie Piershil Zelfstandig werkend kok 24 uur per week Vacature in het kort Als zelfstandig werkend kok verzorg je alle maaltijden voor onze cliënten binnen Heemzicht, als ook voor onze cliënten die nog zelfstandig wonen, waar onze maaltijden worden bezorgd. Je coördineert, plant en voert de werkzaamheden uit conform de daarvoor geldende eisen en normen (HACCP en ARBO). Je bent op de hoogte van de actuele wet- en regelgeving en onderhoudt en beheert de keuken én de daarbij behorende inventaris. Gezond en gevarieerd eten vind je belangrijk en je houdt rekening met de (dieet)wensen van onze cliënten. Bij het bereiden van de maaltijden word je geassisteerd door een keuken assistent. Voor je aan het einde van je werkdag weggaat, laat je de keuken netjes achter. Deze vacature wordt zowel intern als extern uitgezet, waarbij interne kandidaten voorrang hebben Wie zijn wij Heemzicht is gelegen in Piershil in de mooie Hoeksche Waard. We zijn een kleine platte zorgorganisatie waar de cliënt met zijn of haar specifieke wensen op gebied van zorg en welzijn nog echt centraal staat. We kennen een informele werksfeer en we geloven dat zorg niet zonder aandacht kan. Dit doen wij met veel plezier! Wij verwachten - Een diploma op MBO niveau 3 voor (instellings)kok, aangevuld met enkele jaren werkervaring in een relevante functie. Kennis op het gebied van HACCP regels is vereist - een bewonersgerichte en gastvrije instelling - vermogen tot samenwerken en coördineren - Gevoel voor hygiëne, ordelijkheid en systematiek - Flexibel en creatief in de samenstelling van de menu's, weet het steeds aan te passen aan de behoefte Wij bieden - Een baan voor 24 uur per week. Onze keuken is 7 dagen per week geopend, flexibele inzetbaar is noodzakelijk. - Kok is bij Heemzicht ingedeeld in FWG 35 (range € 2.735,00 - € 3.592,00 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband) - Een goed salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO VVT plus 8% vakant...
