Wat ga je doen als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok bij Inntel Hotels Samen met het keukenteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor ons a la carte Bar & Brasserie Werkspoor, het ontbijtrestaurant en de banquetingzalen voor meetings en events. De verschillende horecaconcepten vragen een verschillende aanpak en voorbereiding, waardoor er veel afwisseling zit in de taken en elke dag anders verloopt. Je werkt voornamelijk avonddiensten, afgewisseld met af en toe ochtend- en dagdiensten. Dit vind je leuk om te doen: - Je werkt samen met keukencollega's en andere afdelingen om de gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring te bezorgen; - Je verricht voorbereidende taken en regelt dat de gerechten compleet en goed worden meegegeven; - Werken vanuit onze Inntel Hotels menukaart: Inntel Originals. - Je draait meestal diensten van 14:30 tot 22:30 uur. Eventueel afgewisseld met ontbijt- en banquetingdiensten. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdbeheer van bonnen en voor een strakke planning van de gerechten; - Je werkt dagelijks volgens HACCP richtlijnen en zorgen voor een schone werkomgeving. Hierom wil je bij Inntel Hotels werken Werken als kok binnen de hotellerie biedt de mogelijkheid om samen te werken met collega's van alle afdelingen en afwisseling in werktijden en dagen. Daarnaast bieden wij: - Een salaris tussen de €2.503 en €3.032 afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring. - Een werkweek van 38 uur . Overuren maak je niet vaak, je kunt vooraf dus goed inschatten hoe laat je thuis zal zijn. Wel zo handig voor je privéafspraken. - 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband; - Minimaal één weekend in de 3 weken vrij. - Aantrekkelijke personeelskorting op hotelovernachtingen in alle Inntel Hotels en 20% korting in onze restaurants.
