Bij Capfun de Bongerd zoeken we een zelfstandig werkend kok met passie voor koken. In Pannenkoekenrestaurant Wafelien en à-la-carterestaurant Het Klokhuis zorg jij samen met het keukenteam voor smaakvolle gerechten en een fijne gastbeleving. Zomers volop vakantiesfeer, 's winters kortere werkdagen: bij ons kook je mee met de seizoenen. Omdat we vooral gezinnen met kinderen ontvangen, schuiven onze gasten graag op tijd aan tafel. Onze kok Remy vertelt: "Ik werk al jaren met heel veel plezier. Het is genieten om samen met de hele keukenbrigade elke avond weer heerlijke gerechten op tafel te kunnen zetten. " Dit ga je doen - Je verzorgt de mise-en-place en bereidt lunch- en dinergerechten. - Je denkt mee over nieuwe gerechten en de menukaart. - Je stuurt (junior) keukenmedewerkers en leerlingen aan. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een schone keuken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen. Dit ben jij - Je hebt ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok en kennis van HACCP en sociale hygiëne. - Je bent enthousiast, creatief en houdt overzicht tijdens drukte. - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt prettig samen. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen. - Een leermeesterdiploma is een pré.
