Wekelijks ontvangen we grote aantallen gasten in ons restaurant, de lounge, tijdens buffetten bij de banqueting. Geen dag is hetzelfde. In onze moderne keuken werk je met de nieuwste apparatuur en komen alle bestellingen binnen via digitale schermen. Hierdoor houd je overzicht en kun je efficiënt werken, ook tijdens de drukste momenten. Bij ons betekent werken écht met je vak bezig zijn. Samen met een enthousiast keukenteam zorg jij ervoor dat iedere gast geniet van een culinaire ervaring om niet te vergeten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verzorgen van de mise-en-place; - Bereiden en presenteren van gerechten aan de warme en koude kant; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid en HACCP-richtlijnen; - Meedenken over nieuwe gerechten en de menukaart; - Aansturen van keukenhulpen/ leerlingen waar nodig; - Zorgen voor een schone, georganiseerde werkplek; - Rust en overzicht bewaren tijdens drukke piekmomenten. Wie ben jij? Jij hebt passie voor koken en voelt je thuis in een professionele keuken. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke services en krijgt energie van samenwerken. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde koksopleiding (niveau 3) of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring als (zelfstandig werkend) kok is een pré; - Oog voor detail en kwaliteit; - Een proactieve en stressbestendige werkhouding; - Beschikbaarheid in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen.
