Met aandacht voor vers koken en eten zoals thuis. Voor onze locatie De Valentijn in Maurik zoeken we een zelfstandig werkend kok , voor 32 uur per week. Wat ga je doen als zelfstandig werkend kok? Jij kent het belang van een lekkere maaltijd, zeker voor onze doelgroep. Jij bent de gastheer- of vrouw van het restaurant. Als zelfstandig werkend kok stel je het menu samen en je bereidt zelfstandig de maaltijden, waaronder ook steeds meer dieet- en aangepaste maaltijden. Je ziet het als een uitdaging om jouw collega's te ondersteunen in de ontwikkeling van hun vakmanschap. Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en inspireert. Je geeft individuele en teamgerichte coaching aan collega's van het restaurant, de keuken, zorg en welzijn. Collega's kunnen bij jou terecht met hun vragen over de processen rondom eten en drinken. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen. In welk team kom je te werken? Je komt te werken in het team van de keuken & restaurant. Dit team bestaat uit 5 vaste collega's, vrijwilligers en flexmedewerkers: 5medewerkers keuken & restaurant en jij als zelfstandig werkend kok. Samen dragen jullie bij aan het welzijn en de gastvrijheid voor de bewoners en gasten van Lingewaarde. Het team werkt veel samen met team welzijn, de zorgteams, behandelaren, ondersteuners en adviseurs van De Valentijn en de rest van de organisatie.
