De functie Als zelfstandig werkend kok in ons JRE Restaurant Cèpes draai jij je eigen partie. Je werkt onder leiding van Chef Robert Hartelman en twee Sous-Chefs en bent verantwoordelijk voor: • Het bereiden en uitgeven van gerechten op niveau • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie • Het verzorgen van een strakke mise en place • Meedenken over nieuwe gerechten en kaartontwikkeling We koken met verse, lokale producten en werken met focus en precisie. Hier wordt serieus gekookt. Wie jij bent • Je hebt een afgeronde koksopleiding • Je hebt ervaring in goede restaurants en wilt door • Je wilt leren, beter worden en verantwoordelijkheid pakken • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt van een nette keuken • Je zoekt geen chaos, maar een professionele werkomgeving Ambitie vinden we belangrijk.
