We werken met dagverse ingrediënten, duidelijke recepturen en een team dat elkaar ondersteunt en respectvol met elkaar omgaat. Bereiding & kwaliteit • Gerechten bereiden volgens receptuur en planning. • Werken volgens HACCP- en Arbo-voorschriften. • Tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren (smaak, structuur, presentatie). • Hulp- en keukenmedewerkers vaktechnisch aansturen. B. Voorraad & bestellingen • Voorraad beheren en tijdige bestellingen plaatsen. • Leveringen controleren en producten correct opslaan volgens FIFO. • Dagelijkse werkplanning en mise-en-place organiseren. C. Schoonmaak & onderhoud • Werkplek en apparatuur schoonhouden. • Kleine technische problemen signaleren en oplossen. D. Verbetering & innovatie • Meedenken over nieuwe gerechten en verbeteringen in de keuken. • Verbruiksgegevens verwerken en bijdragen aan optimalisatie.
