Op de menukaart van restaurant De Uitkijk proef je het beste van bos en land. Niet voor niets heeft ons restaurant sinds 2017 een BiB Gourmand van Michelin. WERKTIJDEN: De functie is voor 32 tot 40 uur. WAT ZIJN JE WERKZAAMHEDEN: - Mise en place voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. - Bereiden van de lunchgerechten. - Gereedmaken van de High Tea. - Voorbereiden en meegeven van buffetten. - Mise en place en meegeven van voorgerechten en dessert van de BiB Gourmand a la carte kaart. - Alle voorkomende schoonmaak werkzaamheden die behoren bij een keuken schoonmaak. - Uitpakken van bestellingen en volgen van HACCP normen. VEREISTEN VOOR DE FUNCTIE: - Je bent een teamspeler en hebt een pro actie houding. - Je werkt netjes en accuraat en houdt van een schone werkomgeving. - Je bent een harde werker en toont initiatief. - Je hebt een (afgeronde) koksopleiding en werkervaring in een vergelijkbare keuken. - Niet roken is een pré.
