Functieomschrijving Zelfstandig werkend kok Ben jij een creatieve kok die graag zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt én toe is aan meer regelmaat dan in een restaurant? Van Leeuwen Bedrijfsdiensten zoekt een ondernemende kok voor 32 uur per week. Koken met impact én regelmaat Werken als kok voor scholen en bedrijven is anders dan werken in een restaurant. Je werkt voornamelijk overdag en hebt meer structuur in je werkweek. Geen lange avonden in een drukke à-la-cartekeuken, maar een afwisselende functie waarin je met verse, gezonde gerechten iedere dag iets betekent voor leerlingen, medewerkers en gasten. Je bereidt soepen en warme maaltijden, maar denkt ook mee over aantrekkelijke broodjes, wraps en salades. Samen met onze diëtisten ontwikkel je een gezond, gevarieerd en verrassend aanbod dat past bij onze verschillende locaties. Een veelzijdige en zelfstandige functie In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de warme als de koude keuken. Je geeft leiding aan een klein team, maar werkt zelf volop mee. Daarnaast: Verzorg je de bestellingen; Maak je calculaties en recepturen; Beheer je het foodbook; Bewaak je de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen; Werk je nauw samen met onze diëtisten; Denk je actief mee over nieuwe gerechten en verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. Je bent niet alleen handig in de keuken, maar kunt ook goed

overweg met de computer. Bovendien weet je dat de presentatie van een gerecht minstens zo belangrijk is als de smaak. We eten tenslotte met onze ogen. Functie eisen Zelfstandig werkend kok Afgeronde koksopleiding of horeca opleiding (minimaal mbo-4); Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring; Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers; In bezit van HACCP en allergenen-certificaat of bereid dit te halen; Ervaring met productontwikkeling; Proactieve en positieve werkhouding; Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden; Affiniteit met gezonde, duurzame voeding en plantaardige voeding; Goede digitale vaardigheden (administratie, receptenbeheer, menucalculaties, bestelsystemen).
