Dan zou Bistro Jean zomaar jouw nieuwe werkplek kunnen zijn.Bistro Jean is het nieuwe culinaire hoofdstuk van Hotel & Spa Savarin. Een moderne en toegankelijke bistro met internationale invloeden. Gasten komen bij ons voor een uitgebreide lunch of diner, maar net zo makkelijk voor een goed glas wijn, cocktails en een paar gerechten om samen te delen.We werken met mooie producten zoals kreeft uit ons hommarium, dry-aged vlees, verse vis, charcuterie en kaviaar. Goed product, goede bereiding en vooral heel lekker eten: daar draait het om.Voor ons keukenteam zoeken wij een:Zelfstandig Werkend KokAls Zelfstandig Werkend Kok draai je volledig mee in onze keuken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen partie, zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding en werkt tijdens de service nauw samen met de rest van het team.Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, mee te denken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.Wat ga je doen? • Voorbereiden van de mise-en-place; • Zelfstandig draaien van je eigen partie; • Bereiden en mooi presenteren van onze gerechten; • Bewaken van kwaliteit en versheid van producten; • Samenwerken met de Chef Kok, Sous Chef en de rest van het keukenteam; • Meedenken over gerechten, specials en verbeteringen; • Zorgen voor een schone en georganiseerde werkplek en werken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen.Wie zoeken wij?Je hebt ervaring in een professionele keuken en kunt zelfstandig je partie draaien. Je houdt van aanpakken en blijft ook tijdens een drukke service rustig en georganiseerd.Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, werkt netjes en vindt het belangrijk dat ieder bord goed de keuken uitgaat.Maar we zoeken vooral een fijne collega. Iemand die enthousiast is over het vak, graag onderdeel is van een team en zin heeft om samen met ons van Bistro Jean een succes
