Het doel van de functie zelfstandig werkend kok bij Brasserie Ambassade is het bereiden en presenteren van onze gerechten uit de klassieke Franse keuken met een moderne twist gepresenteerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen partie en werkt zelfstandig aan het creëren en perfectioneren van onze kenmerkende gerechten. Samen met het F&B team zorgen jullie voor een constante en uitstekende service, waardoor gasten keer op keer terugkomen.Dagelijkse werkzaamheden • Kwaliteitscontrole: Controleren van gerechten op smaak, presentatie en consistentie voordat ze naar de gasten worden gestuurd • Mise en place: Alle ingrediënten en benodigdheden voorbereiden en organiseren voor de lunch en/of het diner • Bereiding van het menu: Zelfstandig bereiden van gerechten volgens recepten en specificaties van het restaurant, waarbij precisie en kwaliteit essentieel zijnProjecten • Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het ontbijtbuffet in samenwerking met het F&B team.Teamwerk en samenwerking • Enthousiast delen van kennis en ervaring met collega's. • Belangrijk contactpersoon voor zowel gasten als het teamWat bieden wij jou? Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij? Ervaren: Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een professionele keuken, bij voorkeur in een restaurant of hotel van hoog niveau.
