Zelfstandig werkend Kok Horeca en catering vacature bij Hotelprofessionals - de Baak Seaside in Noordwijk. Vacaturebeschrijving Onze gasten de lekkerste gerechten voorschotelen is wat je het liefst doet. We werken met een mooi foodconcept, waarin de pijlers puur , comfort , verbinding , lokaal en maximaal lekker centraal staan. Onze prachtige keuken is dé plek waar jij je thuis voelt. Wat ga je doen? Je komt te werken in ons gezellige keukenteam. In afwisselende diensten draai je zelfstandig het ontbijt, de lunch of het diner. Het ontbijt en de lunch worden dagelijks in buffetvorm geserveerd. Het diner is een dagelijks wisselend driegangenmenu met een keuze uit vlees, vis of vegetarisch, en wordt uitgeserveerd aan tafel. Wij hechten veel waarde aan dagverse producten. Jij draait mee in dit concept en mag jouw creatieve input geven op de menu's. Hier komt jouw creatieve kant volledig tot zijn recht. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de coördinatie van de werkzaamheden tijdens je shift en begeleid je leerlingen en/of stagiaires. Je waakt er bovendien voor dat de kwaliteit en service te allen tijde gewaarborgd blijven en dat de keuken en werkomgeving voldoen aan de HACCP-voorschriften en hygiënenormen. Extra leuk: deze zomer wordt onze keuken volledig verbouwd! De nieuwe keuken krijgt de modernste apparatuur, airconditioning en een open verbinding met het restaurant - mét uitzicht op zee.
