Wil jij als zelfstandig werkend kok flexibel werken op verschillende locaties in Noord-Holland. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bepaalt wanneer je wil werken. Als zelfstandig werkend kok ga je aan de slag in de bedrijfscatering. Je werkt o.a. in bedrijfsrestaurants van kantoren, bij zorginstellingen en bij Defensie locaties.

Wie ben jij Jij vindt het leuk om op verschillende plekken in Noord-Holland te werken. Als zelfstandig werkend kok is geen keuken jou vreemd en ben je bekend met de HACCP regels.

- Je hebt ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok en/of aansluitend diploma, - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal, - Eigen vervoer (auto) is handig, omdat niet alle locaties met OV bereikbaar zijn, - Je hebt de mogelijkheid om een VOG aan te vragen.

Wat ga je doen Wat je gaat doen als zelfstandig werkend kok hangt van de locatie af waar je gaat werken. Hierdoor is het werk altijd afwisselend. Je leert wellicht nieuwe keukens kennen en wordt lid van onze koksfamilie. Werktijden kunnen liggen meestal tussen 7.00-19.00 uur.

- Je bent verantwoordelijke voor mise-en-place, - Je verrast je gasten dagelijks met ontbijt, snacks, lunch of een stevige maaltijd. Dit kunnen koude en warme gerechten zijn, van vegan tot streetfood, - Ondersteunen van banquetingservices zoals vergaderlunches of personeelsborrels is ook mogelijk, - Controleren van de hygiëne van de keuken en de kwaliteit en versheid van ingrediënten.

Waar ga je werken Jij gaat aan de slag op verschillende locaties in Noord-Holland. Denk aan een (luxe) bedrijfsrestaurants, zorginstellingen of misschien een militaire kazerne. Stuk voor stuk toffe plekken om in de keuken te staan.
