Jouw werkplek

Je komt te werken bij het Drents Museum in Assen, een museum gericht op de Drentse geschiedenis en internationale topkunst. Zo zijn er ook werken van Vincent van Gogh te bewonderen. Vermaat verzorgt hier de horeca in de moderne Brasserie Pingo, waar museumgasten terechtkunnen voor koffie, lunch of een borrelmoment. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met de fiets, auto en het ov, met bushalte Zuidhaege op twee minuten loopafstand. Parkeren is mogelijk in de parkeergarage van het museum. Brasserie Pingo biedt, zowel in het binnen als op het terras, bijzondere en afwisselende lunchgerechten, veelal geïnspireerd op de smaken van Drenthe en de internationale tentoonstellingen. Naast het restaurant verzorgt Vermaat ook de banqueting voor bijeenkomsten en events in de zalen. Je werkt samen met een groot en betrokken team dat oog heeft voor elkaar én voor de gast. Samen zorgen jullie voor een fijn ontvangst en een gastvrije ervaring die past bij de bijzondere uitstraling van het Drents Museum. Jouw functie

Als zelfstandig werkend kok bij Drents Museum, Assen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van smaakvolle gerechten. Met jouw vakmanschap, creativiteit, samenwerking en oog voor detail zorg je voor de heerlijkste gerechten. Als zelfstandig werkend kok: - Bereid je smaakvolle, representatieve en kwalitatieve gerechten volgens receptuur; - Zorg je voor een efficiënte mise-en-place; - Werk je volgens de HACCP?' en veiligheidsregels; - Doe je, waar nodig, bestellingen en de keukenadministratie; - Werk je samen en draag je bij aan menuoptimalisaties.
