Brasserie Delfland te Schipluiden is onderdeel van Golfbaan Delfland en ligt centraal tussen de 36-holes wedstrijdbaan en uitgebreide oefenfaciliteiten. Voor feesten, evenementen, borrels, lunches, diners en vergaderingen biedt onze Brasserie uitgebreide mogelijkheden. Wij zoeken ter uitbreiding van ons jonge en enthousiaste team een: Zelfstandig werkend kok. Jij bent bij ons: - Verantwoordelijk voor de mise-en-place - Verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding én tijdige uitgifte van de koude en warme gerechten (à la carte) - Je verzorgt buffetten en diners voor partijen - Je draagt zorg voor het uiterlijk, de kwaliteit, smaak en geur van gerechten die na jouw bereiding de keuken verlaten - Je denkt mee en je draagt creatieve ideeën aan voor nieuwe gerechten en weekspecials Ons jonge team is enthousiast en is op zoek naar een collega die mee wil doen in hun enthousiasme en samenwerking met elkaar.
