Voor de keuken van ons pannenkoekenrestaurant Tante Tokkie zoeken wij een Zelfstandig Werkend Kok. In deze veelzijdige functie bereid je niet alleen onze bekende pannenkoeken, maar werk je ook mee aan lunches, diners en feesten en partijen. Beschrijving Achter Hotel De Gouden Leeuw bevindt zich onze gezellige natuurboerderij met ijssalon en pannenkoekenrestaurant Tante Tokkie. Dagelijks ontvangen wij gasten voor een kop koffie met iets lekkers, een uitgebreide lunch, heerlijke pannenkoeken of een gezellig diner. Daarnaast verzorgen wij feesten, partijen en andere bijeenkomsten. Zo bak je niet alleen maar pannenkoeken, maar is er ook meer te leren op andere vlakken. Wat ga je doen? Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding en presentatie van onze gerechten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt ook goed samenwerken met collega's. Dankzij jouw inzet verlaten onze gasten met een glimlach het restaurant. Dit doe je door: - Gerechten volgens receptuur en planning te bereiden - Mee te denken over nieuwe gerechten en de ontwikkeling van menukaarten - Zorg te dragen voor een nette, schone en georganiseerde werkplek - Kwaliteit en presentatie van gerechten te bewaken - Voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit te voeren voor een soepele service - Plezier uit te stralen in je werk en bij te dragen aan een fijne werksfeer Wie zijn wij? Je werkt in een moderne keuken met professionele apparatuur binnen een enthousiast team. Tante Tokkie beschikt over 75 zitplaatsen en ontvangt dagelijks een breed publiek. Naast onze bekende pannenkoeken serveren wij ook diverse lunch- en dinergerechten en verzorgen wij regelmatig feesten en partijen.
