Fort Resort Beemster is één van de meeste luxueuze en duurzame wellness resorts van Nederland met spa & wellness, hotel, twee restaurants en zalen voor vergaderingen en bruiloften. Onderweg door de polder begint jouw werkdag. Je wordt verwelkomt in een oase van rust, door grazende koeien en boeren op trekkers, die je vrolijk gedag zeggen.Als je stiekem nog een ochtendhumeur had, is deze nu verdwenen; wij verschijnen altijd vrolijk op ons werk. Het prachtige fort is een plek om trots op te zijn om te werken en heeft een rijke geschiedenis. Zodra je hier binnenstapt ervaar je de warmte en gastvrijheid!

Functie-eisen: Je bent een echte teamplayer, werkt met een glimlach op je gezicht en leert snel. In het hart van ons fort, bevind zich de keukenbrigade. De plek waar jij komt te werken en gaat zorgen dat onze gasten culinair onvergetelijk in de watten worden gelegd.In onze keuken is er altijd reuring en daarom is het belangrijk goed te kunnen schakelen en onder tijdsdruk te kunnen werken. We staan open voor creatieve ideeën en je hebt alle ruimte om je te ontwikkelen en door te groeien in het team. Er heerst een goede werksfeer en er is ruimte om elkaar feedback te geven. Ja, een weekenddag en een feestdag werken hoort erbij, maar daardoor ben jij wel die ene zonovergoten dag vrij om heerlijk van het strand te genieten. Je komt te werken in een super gezellig team van jong tot oud. Naast hard werken zijn we ook gek op een feestje en alle gezellige uitjes met elkaar. Wat werken bij het fort extra leuk maakt is dat je zelf ook kunt genieten van onze spa & wellness. Dit geven wij jou cadeau, omdat wij graag zien dat je lekker in je vel zit. Als jij een nieuwe collega aandraagt, verrassen wij jou graag met een drie gangen diner voor 2 personen!
