Je werkt zelfstandig binnen verschillende onderdelen van de keuken en zorgt ervoor dat alle gerechten met aandacht, vakmanschap en volgens onze kwaliteitsstandaarden worden bereid.Met jouw passie voor koken, oog voor detail en kennis van het vak lever je dagelijks een bijdrage aan een onvergetelijke culinaire ervaring voor onze gasten. Je werkt nauw samen met de rest van de keukenbrigade, denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat jouw werkplek altijd georganiseerd en klaar is voor een succesvolle service.JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN • Voorbereiden, bereiden en presenteren van gerechten volgens recepturen en kwaliteitsstandaarden; • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen verschillende partijen van de keuken; • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, presentatie en portiegrootte van gerechten; • Zorgdragen voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving volgens HACCP-richtlijnen; • Controleren van voorraden en tijdig signaleren van bestelbehoeften; • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en soepele service; • Samenwerken met collega's om gasten een optimale culinaire erv
