Functieomschrijving Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok I ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze keuken. Je werkt zelfstandig en draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van onze gerechten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - ingrediënten worden zelf voorbereid; - toepassing van basis-kooktechnieken; - levert input t.a.v. de samenstelling en wijziging vamenu's, kaart en methoden; - verantwoordelijk voor voorraaden bestelbeheer; - vaktechnisch aansturen van hulpkracht(en). Functie-eisen - mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau; - aantoonbare kennis van de basis kooktechnieken. Wij bieden - Marktconform salaris van €2.510 - €3.050 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring, conform Horeca CAO en aangepast bij CAO-wijzigingen); - Maaltijden tijdens werktijd; - Reiskostenvergoeding (in overleg) - Stabiel werkrooster met ruimte voor privébalans; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf; - Werken in een hecht en professioneel team; - Prettige en respectvolle werksfeer; - Mogelijkheid tot interne training en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling.
