Als zelfstandig werkend kok bij KPMG in Amstelveen werk je op een bruisende locatie met meerdere restaurants, een espressobar en een uitgebreide banqueting. Je bereidt dagelijks verse gerechten voor een internationale doelgroep en geen werkdag is hetzelfde. Ben jij klaar voor deze uitdaging?!

Jouw werkplek

Je komt te werken in het bedrijfsrestaurant van KPMG Amstelveen, een groot internationaal accountantskantoor, gevestigd op een groot bedrijventerrein aan de A9. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met het ov, met halte Langerhuize op vier minuten loopafstand. Daarnaast is er gratis parkeergelegenheid. Vermaat verzorgt hier de bedrijfshoreca voor de medewerkers en gasten van KPMG. De sfeer is internationaal en formeel, met consultants en projectteams die de hele dag door in- en uitlopen. Het horecaconcept bestaat uit meerdere outlets, waaronder twee restaurants, een full-service espressobar en een Piaggio espresso kar. Hiernaast verzorgt Vermaat de banqueting voor de vele vergaderzalen, wat zorgt voor een bruisende en afwisselende werkomgeving. Het team bestaat uit een gezellige mix van vaste medewerkers en uitzendkrachten die samen zorgen voor een top dag voor alle gasten en collega’s. Jouw functie

Als zelfstandig werkend kok bij KPMG, Amstelveen laat je letterlijk en figuurlijk jouw recept zien. Bij Vermaat werken we met foodconcepten, wat betekent dat je werkt volgens de kaders die hierin gesteld zijn, maar ook vrijheid hebt om jouw recepten te laten zien. Elke dag daag jij jezelf uit om de gasten variatie te bieden met creativiteit, oog voor detail en kennis van verschillende keukens. Je bent continu scherp op de kwaliteit van de gerechten die de keuken verlaten. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve gedeelte van de keuken. Zo zorg je dat de HACCP wordt nageleefd, de bestellingen op tijd worden gedaan en de allergenen goed in kaart hebt. Wat wij vragen
