Wij zijn op zoek naar een fulltime zelfstandig werkende kok voor onze locatie in Driebergen. Heb jij altijd al op een landgoed willen werken? Dan zit je bij ons goed. Samen met de rest van het team verzorg jij het ontbijt, lunch en diner voor onze gasten.Door de weeks ontvangen wij veelal zakelijke groepen, zowel groot als klein. In het weekend vooral leisure gasten. Landgoed de Horst heeft de zilveren prijs mogen ontvangen voor Beste Trainingslocatie van het jaar 2021! Samen met Hotel de Baak Seaside in Noordwijk aan zee zijn wij de leerlocaties van de Baak. De Baak is een opleidingsinstituut voor persoonlijk leiderschap. Onze gasten zijn dus vaak cursisten van de Baak. Maar ook andere bedrijven komen op onze locaties vergaderen of trainen. Heb jij het lef om ons Baak Hospitality team te komen versterken? Het professionele team van Baak Hospitality bestaande uit de afdelingen Restaurant, Keuken, Receptie, Meetings & Events, Banqueting, Housekeeping en Hotelmanagement zorgt voor een bijzondere sfeer en gastvrijheidsbeleving. Dagelijks dragen zij zorg voor ons serviceconcept, zodat de deelnemers van de opleidingen zich volledig kunnen concentreren op hun training. De collega's van Baak Hospitality zorgen ervoor dat de deelnemer zich thuis voelt! Functieomschrijving Je komt te werken in ons gezellige keukenteam. In afwisselende diensten draai je zelfstandig het ontbijt, lunch of diner. Het ontbijt en de lunch worden dagelijks in buffetvorm geserveerd. Het diner is een dagelijks wisselend driegangen menu met de keuze uit vlees, vis of vegetarisch en wordt uitgeserveerd.Dagverse producten hechten wij veel waarde aan. Jij draait mee met dit concept en mag input geven op de menu's. Hier komt het creatieve stukje om de hoek kijken. Ook houd jij je bezig met de coördinatie van de uitvoering van werkzaamheden tijdens een shift en begeleid je leerlingen en/of stagiaires.Daarnaast waak jij er voor dat de kwaliteit en de service ten alle tijden gewaarborgd is en onderhoud je
