The posting

Over de plekWil je zelfstandig koken op een groene locatie en werken in een klein keukenteam? In de bosrijke omgeving van Breda werk je aan een toegankelijke kaart met lunchgerechten, klassiekers en een 3-gangen keuzemenu.

Het restaurant ligt in de bosrijke omgeving van Breda en is momenteel geopend van donderdag tot en met zondag.

Op de kaart staan onder andere broodjes carpaccio en vitello tonnato, Eggs Benedict, sliptong en bavette. Daarnaast worden gerechten geserveerd zoals kabeljauw met groene-aspergerisotto, maishoender en gnocchi met seizoensgroenten. Ook is er een chef’s menu.

De openingstijden van het restaurant zijn van 10.00 tot 22.00 uur. De rolAls zelfstandig werkend kok ben je onderdeel van het vaste keukenteam en werk je mee aan de gerechten op de huidige kaart.

Het restaurant wil de komende periode verder groeien, de bekendheid vergroten en uiteindelijk doorgroeien van vier naar zeven openingsdagen per week. Je komt daarmee terecht op een plek die volop in ontwikkeling is.

Wat ga je doen?

Je:

- werkt zelfstandig in de keuken;

- werkt actief mee tijdens de service;

- bereidt de gerechten van de lunchkaart en het 3-gangen keuzemenu;

- werkt samen met het keukenteam;

- bewaakt samen met het team HACCP en de organisatie in de keuken.

Wat bieden wij? - een fulltime functie van 38 uur per week;

- €20,12 bruto per uur inclusief vakantiegeld en vakantiedagen;

- diensten binnen de openingstijden van 10.00 tot 22.00 uur;

- reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer;

- pensioen;

- een plek in een keukenteam van ongeveer vijf mensen;

- een werkomgeving in de bosrijke omgeving van Breda, met een groot terras en binnenruimte;

- een startdatum in overleg, waarbij per direct starten mogelijk is.

Wie ben jij?Je hebt ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok en kunt zelfstandig je werkzaamheden in de keuken uitvoeren.

Je werkt graag samen met een klein keukenteam en bent gewend om tijdens de service verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je eigen
