Wij ontvangen wekelijks vele gasten in ons hotel, restaurant en op ons terras. Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een zelfstandig werkende kok die ons team komt versterken. Jij begrijpt hoe je smaken het beste kunt combineren en maakt de lekkerste gerechten voor onze gasten. Daarnaast zal jij, indien gewenst, een creatieve bijdrage leveren bij het opstellen van de menukaart die elk seizoen wordt vernieuwd. Je zal zelfstandig zowel warme als koude gerechten volgens recept bereiden en verricht ook de voorbereidende werkzaamheden. Aanvullend zorg je voor het naleven en controleren van de hygiëneprocedures, het beheren van de keukenvoorraad en het maken van nieuwe bestellingen. Je hebt al veel kennis, maar je bent ook gemotiveerd en gedreven om samen met collega's tot nieuwe hoogtes te komen. De menukaart wordt meerdere malen per jaar gewisseld, waarbij er gebruik wordt gemaakt van seizoensproducten. - Wij verzorgen een tijdig en flexibel rooster. Werkroosters zijn in overleg samen te stellen, wij plannen voor iedereen die dat wenst geregeld avonden of weekenddagen vrij en er is de mogelijkheid om een vaste dag vrij in de week te plannen....
