Onze Tandoori gerechten worden dagelijks op traditionele wijze bereid door onze professionele chefs uit India. Het geheim van de populariteit van onze tandoori en curry gerechten zit hem in onze werkwijze en in de producten waarmee wij werken. Om u de hoogst mogelijke kwaliteit te garanderen gebruiken wij alleen de mooiste en meest verse premium producten én worden alle tandoori en curry gerechten vers gemaakt.Wij zijn op zoek naar 5 gemotiveerde Zelfstandig werkend kok -I voor ons restaurant aan de Kinkerstraat 43-H, 1053 DD Amsterdam. Er is geen eerdere ervaring vereist!

Taken

- De kwaliteit van producten/ingrediënten beoordeelt en klaarzet

- De basis-kooktechnieken toepast en gerechten volgens receptuur en kwaliteitsnormen bereidt en presenteert.

- Uitvoert van voorbereidende werkzaamheden (snijden, mengen, etc.) en tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles.

- Verantwoordelijk is voor voorraad- en bestel beheer, en het schoonhouden van de keuken en apparatuur.

- Vaktechnisch de hulpkracht(en) aanstuurt en input levert ten aanzien van de samenstelling en wijziging van menu’s, de kaart en de methoden.

- Meedenken over recepturen, menu wijzigingen en efficiëntere werkwijzen

- Toezien op de naleving van voorschriften en op de werkzaamheden van de hulpkrachten.

Vereisten

- MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau.

- Iemand die aantoonbare kennis heeft van de basis kooktechnieken.

- Spreekt Engels of Nederlands.
