Introductie Wij zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandig werkvoorbereider die van aanpakken weet en als rechterhand van de projectleider opereert. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een groeiende, middelgrote aannemer die veelal werkt voor meerdere, toonaangevende vaste relaties. Voor het bedrijf zijn 15 vaste medewerkers aan de slag en daarnaast maakt men gebruik van flexibele inleen, gemiddeld 10 man. Projecten worden gerealiseerd in de luxe woningbouw, utilitaire werken en renovatie en onderhoud. Functie U zal worden ingezet voor de uitbreiding van een bestaand utiliteitsgebouw, waarvan de uitvoering op korte termijn van start gaat en waarvoor een scherpe deadline geldt. Als rechterhand van de projectleider bent u betrokken bij de technische- en organisatorische werkvoorbereiding. U bent in staat om dit zelfstandig te doen en u hebt ervaring met verbouwprojecten. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar een zelfstandig werkvoorbereider. U bent in het bezit van het diploma MTS met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring. U ziet een functie in de rol van rechterhand van een ervaren projectleider als een kans om uzelf verder te ontwikkelen. U werkt vanuit kantoor en bent bekend met de nieuwste teken- en planning programma's. Aanbod Wij bieden in eerste instantie een overeenkomst voor bepaalde tijd op basis van detachering.
