Opdrachtomschrijving Gemeente Purmerend is volop in beweging. De laatste jaren zijn we succesvol veranderd naar een energieke organisatie met volop mogelijkheden. Wij werken volgens de "Purmerendse manier", onze inwoners staan centraal. Dat betekent dat we bij alles wat we doen onszelf de vraag stellen; wat is hiervan de bijdrage aan de inwoners of bedrijven van Purmerend? Het betekent ook dat we denken in kansen en mogelijkheden. Creativiteit, een informele aanpak en in verbinding staan met de omgeving vinden we belangrijk. Voor het team Wmo WRV wordt tijdelijk een zelfstandig professional ingezet om een bijdrage te leveren aan het terugbrengen van de werkvoorraad en het tijdig afhandelen van complexe Wmo-vraagstukken binnen het aandachtsgebied Wonen, Rolstoelen en Vervoer. De opdrachtnemer brengt vanuit eigen expertise ondersteuningsvragen van inwoners in beeld, maakt zelfstandig professionele afwegingen binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving en levert onderbouwde adviezen, rapportages en indicaties op. De opdracht richt zich op het realiseren van concrete resultaten en niet op het vervullen van een reguliere functie binnen de organisatie. Gedurende de opdrachtperiode worden toegewezen dossiers tijdig en volledig afgehandeld; juridisch houdbare rapportages en adviezen opgeleverd; aanvragen beoordeeld en vertaald naar passende voorzieningen; complete dossiers aangeleverd die direct overdraagbaar zijn; en achterstanden binnen de werkvoorraad aantoonbaar verminderd.
