- Hbo - Hbo De automotive wereld verandert razendsnel. Elektrificatie, softwaregedreven voertuigen en nieuwe vormen van mobiliteit zorgen ervoor dat ook de manier waarop we klanten helpen en voertuigen onderhouden verandert. Tijdens jouw afstudeerstage krijg je de kans om onderzoek te doen naar één van deze actuele ontwikkelingen en jouw inzichten te vertalen naar concrete kansen en oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Je voert een praktijkgericht afstudeeronderzoek uit binnen het domein After Sales. De exacte onderzoeksvraag bepalen we samen met jou en jouw onderwijsinstelling. Daarbij kijken we naar actuele vraagstukken binnen de organisatie én naar jouw interesses en opleiding. Mogelijke onderwerpen zijn: - Digitalisering van schadeprocessen: hoe kunnen we de schadeketen slimmer, sneller en klantgerichter maken? - Connected voertuigdata: hoe kunnen we voertuigdata inzetten om klanten proactiever te helpen en de binding met Toyota en Lexus te versterken? - Digitale klantreizen: hoe kunnen we de klantreis verbeteren en klanten op het juiste moment proactief ondersteunen? - Nieuwe datagedreven diensten: welke nieuwe diensten en proposities kunnen we ontwikkelen op basis van data en technologische ontwikkelingen? Wat vragen wij van jou? We zoeken een zelfstandige en nieuwsgierige afstudeerder die graag een complex vraagstuk induikt en niet bang is om buiten de gebaande paden te denken: - Volgt een relevante hbo- of wo-opleiding , bijvoorbeeld Commerciële Economie, Business IT & Management, Innovatiemanagement, Marketing of Data Science; - Bent analytisch en kritisch en weet de juiste vragen te stellen; - Ziet kansen en denkt graag creatief en out of the box ; - Werkt zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht; - Legt makkelijk contact met verschillende mensen en stakeholders; - Kunt goed luisteren , doorvragen en verschillende belangen met elkaar verbinden; - Hebt interesse in automotive, digitalisering, innovatie en klantgerichte ...
