Bij IMPROVE geloven we dat het lichaam beschikt over een sterk zelfherstellend vermogen wanneer de juiste voorwaarden aanwezig zijn. Daarom werken we vanuit een multidisciplinaire aanpak waarbij beweging, voeding, herstel, leefstijl en manuele therapieën elkaar versterken.

Om onze dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen zijn we op zoek naar een gepassioneerde osteopaat die op zelfstandige basis wil samenwerken en mee wil bouwen aan een geïntegreerde visie op gezondheid.

Jouw rol binnen IMPROVE

Als osteopaat ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het behandeltraject van onze cliënten. Je helpt hen niet alleen bij het verminderen van klachten, maar ondersteunt hen ook in het verbeteren van hun algemeen functioneren, herstel en welzijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je onderzoekt, behandelt en begeleidt cliënten met uiteenlopende musculoskeletale, functionele en gezondheidsgerelateerde klachten.
  • Je kijkt verder dan de klacht alleen en benadert de cliënt vanuit een holistische visie.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines om cliënten optimaal te begeleiden.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een kwalitatieve cliëntenreis en zorgt voor terugkoppeling naar betrokken collega's waar nodig.
  • Je verwijst door naar andere disciplines wanneer dit de cliënt ten goede komt.
  • Je onderhoudt relaties met artsen, specialisten, kinesitherapeuten en andere doorverwijzers.
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan jouw netwerk en cliëntenbestand.
  • Je neemt initiatief om jouw expertise zichtbaar te maken via workshops, infosessies en netwerkmomenten.
  • Je blijft jezelf professioneel ontwikkelen en staat open voor kennisdeling en multidisciplinair overleg.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma osteopathie en voldoet aan de nodige voorwaarden om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je bent ondernemend en gemotiveerd om jouw praktijk verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je hebt een passie voor gezondheid, preventie en het begeleiden van mensen.
  • Je bent empathisch, cliëntgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je werkt graag samen met andere gezondheidsprofessionals.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en professioneel.
  • Je voelt je thuis binnen een holistische visie op gezondheid.
  • Ervaring is een meerwaarde, maar ook gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom.
