Ben jij sterk in persoonlijk verkoopadvies en ga je graag bij klanten langs?

A3 Group zoekt een Sales Manager voor zonnepanelen, thuisbatterijen, airco’s en laadpalen. Je krijgt leads van ons, plant je afspraken in en begeleidt klanten van het eerste bezoek tot de verkoop.

Jouw functie

Je bezoekt vooral particuliere klanten in Limburg, de Kempen en Vlaams-Brabant. Tijdens het bezoek luister je naar hun wensen, bekijk je de situatie ter plaatse en verzamel je de gegevens voor een passend voorstel. Je maakt zelf een inschatting en werkt de offerte uit. Bij complexere technische vragen kun je rekenen op ondersteuning van je collega’s.

Je volgt je offertes en afspraken actief op, beantwoordt vragen en rondt de verkoop af. Daarna draagt het naverkoopteam het dossier verder over. Zo kun jij je richten op klantgesprekken en nieuwe verkoopkansen.

Je krijgt leads van A3 Group. Cold calling is geen onderdeel van deze functie.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op, kunt goed luisteren en legt technische oplossingen begrijpelijk uit. Je werkt zelfstandig, plant je agenda zorgvuldig en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van resultaten.

  • Ervaring met zonnepanelen, thuisbatterijen, airco’s of laadpalen is een plus. Die ervaring mag uit verkoop of installatie komen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je neemt initiatief en volgt klanten en offertes consequent op.
  • Een samenwerking is mogelijk als werknemer of als zelfstandige op commissiebasis.
