ZorgMiesen gezocht in regio Zaanstreek - Werken als ZorgMies - augustus 23, 2025 Voor de regio Zaanstreek ( Zaanstad, Oostzaan en Wormerland) zoeken wij zelfstandige zorgverleners die het team van ZorgMiesen komt versterken. Wat houdt een opdracht bij ZorgMies in? Als ZorgMies bied je geen medische zorg, maar juist dát wat vaak ontbreekt: tijd, gezelschap en structuur. Jij bent degene die: · Samen wandelt of boodschappen doet · Een maaltijd kookt (of gewoon samen eet) · Rust en overzicht brengt in de dag · Even helpt met een licht huishoudelijk klusje · Gewoon er is - als luisterend oor en vertrouwd gezicht Je bent er voor mensen die zelfstandig thuis willen blijven wonen, zoals ouderen. Maar vooral mantelzorgers. Of zij nu zorgen voor een ouder, een broer of zus of een kind met extra zorgvraag - als ZorgMies neem je (deels) de zorgtaken over. Jij als zelfstandig ZorgMies: Bij ZorgMies werk je als zelfstandig zorgverlener (freelancer of ZZP-er). Je voert je werk uit op basis van een overeenkomst van opdracht. Wat betekent dat concreet? · Jij kiest je eigen beschikbaarheid · Je bepaalt zelf je beschikbaarheid in overleg met de opdrachtgever en ZorgMies. · Je werkt zelfstandig als freelancer of ZZP'er, maar je staat er niet alleen voor: wij zorgen voor een goede match, heldere afspraken en blijven betrokken. · Op basis van de opdracht kun je zelf kiezen wat bij jou past en beslis je zelf welke opdracht(en) je aanneemt. · Onze samenwerking is gebaseerd op wederzijds vertrouwen, persoonlijk contact en duidelijke communicatie. Wie zoeken we?
