Voor deze seniorfunctie zoeken we een ervaren communicatieprofessional met meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring in communicatie, content en/of campagnes. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het vertalen van een communicatieplan naar concrete activiteiten en bent gewend om meerdere communicatieprojecten tegelijk te coördineren, prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te bewaken.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het ontwikkelen en begeleiden van online en offline communicatiemiddelen, zoals magazines, jaarverslagen, campagnes, advertenties, video, social media en promotiemateriaal. Je kunt anderen goed briefen, bewaakt de inhoudelijke lijn en huisstijl en bent zelf ook in staat om sterke teksten te schrijven of redigeren.

Omdat je in deze functie nauw samenwerkt met fondsenwerving, is ervaring met fondsenwervende communicatie, goede doelen of maatschappelijke organisaties een duidelijke pré. Je begrijpt hoe communicatie kan bijdragen aan zichtbaarheid, betrokkenheid en uiteindelijk actie van donateurs en andere doelgroepen.

Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die ervaring heeft met het samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe partijen, zoals marketeers, copywriters, mediapartners en leveranciers. Ervaring met internationale samenwerking en Engelstalige communicatie is eveneens waardevol.

Je beschikt over hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een relevante opleiding in communicatie, marketing, journalistiek of een vergelijkbare richting.

Zending over Grenzen is een christelijke hulporganisatie die mensen in diepe armoede ondersteunt op weg naar zelfredzaamheid. Dat doen we samen met lokale medewerkers en kerken, met praktische en sociaal-emotionele hulp én vanuit de overtuiging dat Gods liefde levens kan veranderen.

Als Senior Communicatiemedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat steeds meer mensen in Nederland het verhaal en de impact van ons werk leren kennen. Samen met vier collega's binnen fondsenwerving en communicatie werk je aan groei, zichtbaarheid en betrokkenheid. Jij vertaalt het communicatieplan naar concrete acties en bewaakt de inhoudelijke lijn, huisstijl en boodschap.

Je coördineert communicatiemiddelen zoals ons magazine, jaarverslag, campagnes en materialen voor events en beurzen. Je haalt verhalen en informatie op uit onze internationale organisatie en vertaalt deze naar inspirerende content. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de copywriter, online marketeer en traffic-collega en zorg je voor een sterke verbinding tussen online en offline communicatie.

De uitdaging? Je combineert strategie met uitvoering. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten, stelt prioriteiten en durft nieuwe communicatievormen te verkennen, zoals podcasts, video, crowdfunding en nieuwe advertentiecampagnes. Tegelijk zorg je ervoor dat onze communicatie herkenbaar, professioneel en steeds meer ondersteunend aan fondsenwerving wordt.
