Was erwartet dich?

* Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Werkstattaufträgen.

* Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen auf Basis der reparaturbezogenen Leistungen.

* Direkte Abwicklung von Gewährleistungsfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hersteller, inklusive der erforderlichen Dokumentation.

* Kooperative Kommunikation und enge Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen KFZ-Techniker*innen für eine effiziente Bearbeitung der Aufträge.

* Sorgfältige Bearbeitung und Einpflege von Diagnoseprotokollen, um den Reparaturprozess optimal zu unterstützen.

Was bringst du mit?

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in der KFZ-Branche.

* Berufserfahrung als KFZ-Techniker*in, Serviceberater*in oder vergleichbarer Position.

* Idealweiser erste Erfahrung mit Dealer-Management-Systemen wie Incadea/Navision oder SAP.

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse mit Lernbereitschaft.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Sorgfältiges, genaues und selbstständiges Arbeiten.

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt € 2.891,- monatlich. Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig und wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch festgelegt. Bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur erheblichen Überzahlung.
