Die Stadtgemeinde Saalfelden sucht für das Bauamt eine_n 1 Zentralen Gebäudeverwalter (m/w/d)

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit 40 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben

In der zentralen Gebäudeverwaltung sind Sie verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung aller bestehenden Gemeindeimmobilien (Kindergärten, Schulen, Feuerwehr, Wohnhäuser etc.) als auch wickeln Sie künftige Sanierungen, An- und Umbauten ab sowie wirken Sie an generellen Neubauten mit.

* Mitwirkung an Planung und Ausführung (Bauherrenvertretung, BVG 2018) von Gemeindeimmobilien

* Budgetverantwortung Instandhaltung der Gemeindeimmobilien

* Mitwirkung an der digitalen Erfassung aller Bestandsgebäude

* Erstellen von Nutzungsbeschreibungen sowie Zieldefinition Neubauten gemäß EEDIII

* Bewirtschaftung von Gemeindeimmobilien

* Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Neubauprojekten (gemeinsam mit BAL)

* Sie sind Teil eines motivierten und dynamischen Teams im Bauamt

* Mitwirkung am Katastrophenstab der Stadtgemeinde Saalfelden

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer HTL für Bautechnik oder Fachhochschule/Universität/Baumeister

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert

* Bautechnisches Verständnis und Interesse am Sachgebiet der Gebäudeverwaltung

* Führerschein B (Für Dienstfahrten)

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (CAD-Zeichenprogramme, MS-Office und Ausschreibungssoftware wünschenswert)

* Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Auftreten

* Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Mehrdienstleistungen (z.B. Sitzungen am Abend)

* Aus- und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft (z.B. Dienstprüfungen)
