* Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden / Woche)

* Arbeitsmodell: Montag - Freitag im 3-Schichtbetrieb (06:00 - 14:00 Uhr 14:00 - 22:00 Uhr 22:00 - 06:00 Uhr)

* Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

Zerspanung & Prototypenbau

* Bearbeitung von klein- und mittelgroßen Bauteilen mit spannendem Prototypen-Charakter.

* Selbstständiges Programmieren der Maschinen und eigenverantwortliche Definition der optimalen Arbeitsabläufe.

* Zeichnungskonforme Bearbeitung unter strikter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards inklusive lückenloser Protokollierung.

Schweißrobotik & Fertigung

* Bedienung, Überwachung und Rüsten von automatisierten Schweißrobotern und Arbeitsstationen (inklusive umfassender Einschulung in Bedienung, Handhabung und Programmabläufe).

* Durchführung von Schweiß- und Nachbearbeitungsarbeiten (Schleifen, Putzen, Entgraten).

* Unterstützung bei Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Schweißanlagen.

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung (KVP) sowie Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.

Dein Profil

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre (LAP) als Zerspanungstechniker_in, Metalltechniker_in oder Maschinenbautechniker_in.

* Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Einzelteilefertigung, in der Bedienung von CNC- und zyklengesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse im MAG-Schweißverfahren.

* Erfahrung: Routine im Umgang mit Messmitteln; Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Klein- und Mittelbauteilen von Vorteil.

* Zertifikate: Gültige Schweißzertifikate sowie ein Kranschein (für flurgesteuerte Laufkräne) sind von Vorteil.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Level C1).

* Persönlichkeit: Selbstständige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.

* Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zum 3-Schichtbetrieb sowie zur Leistung von Überstunden bei Bedarf.
