Gestalte die Zukunft mit uns als: 1 Zerspanungstechniker_in Als Zerspanungstechniker_in richtest du CNC-Programme ein, bearbeitest komplexe Werkstücke und sicherst Qualität sowie Termine - mit technischen Verständnis und Begeisterung für Wasserkraft.

Deine Aufgaben - das erwartet Dich

* Einrichten, Erstellen und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen

* Bearbeitung von 3D-Freiformflächen von bis zu 10-Tonnen-Werkstücken für den Turbinenbau auf modernen 5-Achs-Dreh-Fräs-Zentren

* Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse, inklusive Mehrmaschinenbedienung

* Wartung, Pflege und Qualitätskontrolle der Maschinen und Bauteile

* Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitätskonformen Produktion sowie Einhaltung der EHS-Vorgaben

Dein Profil - das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf (z.B. Zerspanungstechnik, Maschinenbautechnik, Metalltechnik, Mechatronik)

* Mind. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Zerspanungstechnik

* Kenntnisse in der Heidenhain-Steuerung und Programmierung von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und Affinität für die Wasserkraft

* Kran- und Staplerschein

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb
