* Selbstständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNCDreh-

und Fräsmaschinen (z. B. mit Okuma OSP, Siemens oder

vergleichbaren Steuerungen)

* Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen mit gängiger CAMSoftware

* Umsetzung und Anpassung von 3D-Konstruktionsdaten aus gängiger

CAD-Software

* Fertigung von Präzisionsteilen in Einzel-, Klein- und

Großserienproduktion

* Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses und Sicherstellung höchster

Qualitätsstandards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung und Qualitätssicherung

* Selbstständige Fehlersuche und Behebung von Abweichungen

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Bearbeitungsprozessen

SKILLS SIND DER SCHLÜSSEL:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B.

Zerspanungstechniker_in, CNCTechniker_in

oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger CNC-Steuerungen (Okuma, Siemens)

* Erfahrung in der CAM-Programmierung und sicherer Umgang mit CADSoftware

* Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen, Toleranzen und

Fertigungsnormen

* Eigenständige, präzise und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
