Wir suchen: 1 Zerspanungstechniker_in für den Bereich Fräsen PEER & PERR Produktions- und Dienstleistungs GmbH setzt auf Ihr Engagement. Als Zerspanungstechniker_in sind Sie für die Fertigung von Prototypen, Einzelteilen und Kleinserien an 3- und 5-Achs-Bearbeitungszentren zuständig. Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der CNC-Frästechnik. Sie bereiten die Werkzeuge vor, erstellen die CNC-Programme, bearbeiten Teile, optimieren den Bearbeitungsprozess und beheben einfache Störungen. Außerdem gehört die Kontrolle und Dokumentation der Maßgenauigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit der zu fertigenden Werkstücke zu Ihren Aufgaben. CNC-Fräser_innen müssen bei uns täglich kreativ Lösungen finden, da es in unserem Betrieb kaum Routineaufgaben zu erledigen gibt.

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Zerspanungstechnik

* CNC-Programmierkenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit SIEMENS-Steuerungen bzw. CAD/CAM von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (derzeit Zweischicht)

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Engagement

* Flexibilität und Mobilität

* Kommunikatives und sicheres Auftreten
