·CNC-Bearbeitungszentren einstellen und rüsten: Sie bereiten die Maschinen selbstständig für den Fertigungsprozess vor und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

·Qualitätskontrolle während der Produktion durchführen: Sie überprüfen regelmäßig Maße und Toleranzen der gefertigten Teile und stellen so die hohe Produktqualität sicher.

·Produktionsdaten und Fertigungsschritte dokumentieren: Sie erfassen die relevanten Daten sorgfältig und halten die Produktionsdokumentation lückenlos aktuell.

·CNC-Programme und Arbeitsprozesse optimieren: Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrung ein, um Abläufe effizienter zu gestalten und die Maschinenprogramme weiterzuentwickeln.

CAM programmieren: Sie erstellen und optimieren CNC-Programme mit CAM-Software.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Abgeschlossene berufsspezifische Ausbildung: z. B. als Zerspanungstechniker, CNC-Facharbeiter oder in einem verwandten technischen Beruf.

·Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Produktionsanlagen: Sie kennen sich mit der Bedienung und Einrichtung von modernen CNC-Maschinen aus.

Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln: Sie beherrschen gängige Prüf- und Messmethoden zur Qualitätssicherung in der Fertigung.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb: Sie sind flexibel einsetzbar und bereit, im geregelten Schichtsystem zu arbeiten.

·Führerschein B und eigener PKW: Aufgrund der Lage des Arbeitsplatzes ist eine eigenständige Anreise erforderlich.

·Genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise: Sie legen Wert auf Präzision und arbeiten verantwortungsbewusst.

·Hohe Verlässlichkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft: Ihr Team kann sich auf Sie verlassen - besonders in einem qualitätskritischen Bereich wie der Medizintechnik.

Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau B1: Für die Kommunikation im Team und das Verständnis technischer Unterlagen bringen Sie solide Sprachkenntnisse mit.
