Seit beinahe vier Jahrzehnten sind wir ein attraktiver Auftragsfertiger für namhafte Unternehmen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Dabei setzen wir vor allem auf unser qualifiziertes Personal. Um den sehr hohen Ansprüchen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden, erweitern und verstärken wir unser Team. 2 Zerspanungstechniker_in (m/w/d) Als Zerspanungstechniker sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Werkstücken nach Zeichnung, sowie die Programmierung der Maschine zuständig.

Ihre Aufgaben

* selbstständiges Aufspannen von Werkstücken (in Eigeninitiative und ohne Vorgaben)

* eigenständiges Programmieren auf Siemens 840C, Siemens 840D (kein Bedienpersonal)

* Dokumentation und Archivierung der erstellten NC-Programme (DNC-System)

* Auswahl der geeigneten Bearbeitungswerkzeuge

* technische Zeichnungen lesen und verstehen

* verantwortlich für den richtigen Einsatz von Zerspanungswerkzeugen (Schnittdaten, Spantiefen usw.)

* einfache Berechnungen durchführen (Drehzahlen, Winkelfunktionen, Lochkreise etc.)

* Zusammenstellen von Werkzeugen und Vermessen auf Voreinstellungsgeräten

* umfangreiche Kenntnisse über die Bearbeitung von verschiedensten Materialien

Ihr Profil

* abgeschlossene Lehre als Werkzeugmaschineur bzw. Zerspanungstechniker

* mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* offenes und teamorientiertes Verhalten

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft

* Deutschkenntnisse, mind. B2-Niveau

Die Entlohnung erfolgt aufgrund des Kollektivvertrags für die Metalltechnische Industrie. Für diese Vollzeitstelle beträgt der kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttolohnt mindestens 3.250 EUR. Der tatsächliche Lohn hängt jedoch von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab.
