Unser Kunde ist ein weltweiter Maschinenbaukonzern. Ab sofort suchen wir im Bezirk Murtal im Bereich Werkzeugmanagement einen 1 Zerspanungstechniker (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Werkzeugvoreinstellung und Zusammenbau von CNC-Werkzeugen nach vorgegebenem Rüstplan

* Präzises Vermessen und Kontrollieren der Werkzeuge mithilfe geeigneter Messgeräte

* Vorbereitung der Werkzeuge für den Einsatz in der CNC-Fertigung, insbesondere im Fräsbereich

* Arbeiten nach schriftlichen und mündlichen Vorgaben sowie technischen Plänen

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Messergebnisse

* Bedienung der erforderlichen EDV-Systeme zur Erfassung und Verwaltung der Werkzeugdaten

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker (m/w/d), CNC-Dreher (m/w/d) oder CNC-Fräser (m/w/d)

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung

* Gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zerspanungswerkzeugen

* Sicherer Umgang mit Messgeräten sowie eine genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sind notwendig

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zum sicheren Verständnis der Arbeits- und Rüstpläne sowie für die Dokumentation

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes

* 2-Schichtbereitschaft muss vorhanden sein
