Ziekenhuiscoördinator (24 uur per week) Voor de IPSO-centra Sigrids Garden Emmen/Coevorden en Toon Hermans Huis Hoogeveen Over ons De IPSO-centra Sigrids Garden (Emmen/Coevorden) en het Toon Hermans Huis Drenthe (Hoogeveen) bieden psychosociale ondersteuning aan mensen die leven met en na kanker, hun naasten en nabestaanden. Beide centra zijn aangesloten bij IPSO, de brancheorganisatie voor centra voor leven met en na kanker, en werken nauw samen met Treant Zorggroep om informele zorg toegankelijk te maken voor patiënten en hun naasten. Naast de ondersteuning binnen onze centra zijn wij actief aanwezig binnen het Treant Scheper Ziekenhuis in Emmen en het Treant Bethesda Ziekenhuis in Hoogeveen. Hier bieden vrijwilligers een luisterend oor, informatie, ondersteuning en verbinding, aanvullend op de medische zorg. Ter versterking van deze samenwerking zoeken wij een gezamenlijke ziekenhuiscoördinator. De functie Als ziekenhuiscoördinator ben je het gezicht en aanspreekpunt van de IPSO-centra binnen Treant Emmen en Treant Hoogeveen. Je geeft leiding aan de vrijwilligers die werkzaam zijn binnen beide ziekenhuislocaties en bouwt actief aan duurzame samenwerking met zorgprofessionals, afdelingen en externe partners. Je vervult een actieve rol binnen het Oncologisch Zorgnetwerk en weet de positie van de IPSO-centra daarin verder te versterken. Je bent een bruggenbouwer tussen formele zorg (ziekenhuis, oncologie, zorgprofessionals) en informele zorg (IPSO-centra, vrijwilligers en netwerkpartners). Samen met de externe coördinatoren draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling, positionering en borging van de ziekenhuisactiviteiten binnen Treant.
