De RVKO heeft een mooi zij-instroomtraject voor mensen die de switch willen maken naar het onderwijs. Wij bieden volwassenen met een havodiploma of een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding de mogelijkheid om zich te ontwikkelen tot leerkracht in het basisonderwijs. Je hoeft geen onderwijsachtergrond te hebben. Wel zoeken we mensen die bewust kiezen voor het onderwijs en zich voor langere tijd willen verbinden aan de ontwikkeling van kinderen in de regio Rotterdam-Rijnmond. Je start direct op een basisschool van de RVKO en combineert werken met de deeltijdopleiding aan de Pabo van Thomas More Hogeschool. Je ontvangt salaris, krijgt goede begeleiding van ervaren collega's en leert het vak in de praktijk. Het traject duurt drie tot vier jaar, afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en ontwikkelingstempo. Wat kun je verwachten? - Een parttime of fulltime aanstelling op een RVKO-school. - Werken en leren gecombineerd (deeltijd Pabo). - Een betaalde studie- en stagedag. - Intensieve begeleiding vanuit school, opleiding en de RVKO. Belangrijk om te weten Wil je in september starten? Dan moet je uiterlijk in april alle toelatingstoetsen hebben gemaakt en behaald . Zonder afgeronde toelatingstoetsen is instroom in het nieuwe schooljaar niet mogelijk. Wil je jouw kennis, levenservaring en betrokkenheid inzetten voor de toekomst van kinderen?
